What is "Surviving the Pandemic" all about?

“Surviving the Pandemic'' is an online video series shedding light on how the COVID-19 Pandemic has impacted plant-based food access. As plant-based Ayurvedic meal planners, recipe creators, and herbalists, we know how vital good quality food is to our well-being and longevity. So, what happens when an entire pandemic sweeps the world affecting many businesses, industries, and specialists who make a living from serving plant-based foods or providing plant-based food resources in some fashion? Things get a little tricky to say the least. In this series, we will interview restaurants who are strictly vegan, restaurants who serve an array of plant-based dishes but aren't exclusively vegan and vegetable-focused restaurants. You will also hear from ghost kitchens, local farmers, vegan/plant-based foodies, plant-based and vegan food truck owners as well as delivery drivers to gain first-hand experience on what it’s been like “Surviving the Pandemic.”
