What if I told you, you could eat healthy and it could actually taste good? Today we’re making this delicious Ayurvedic Jamaican Quinoa salad.
Now, this is a dish I made up all on my own unlike some of my other dishes that are inspired by other recipes. I wanted to make something different, some type of (cooked-ish) salad packed with veggies and coated with flavor. Of course, the regular quinoa salads on Pinterest flavored with salt and pepper weren’t cutting it for me.
