Homemade Gluten-Free Flour Recipe - 5 minutes

If you're like me and realized that gluten isn't your friend, then you probably have been trying to find alternatives for baking and general cooking. Well, I've got good news for you--this gluten-free flour acts 97% like the wonderful all-purpose flour that we've all grown to love. Gluten free baking can be annoying sometimes--I've personally ruined so many cake batches but after much trial and error, I realized this mixture gives the best yield. Nevertheless, it may be slightly different for you so be prepared to add a little more nut milk if you batter ends up being too thick.

What you'll need:

· 1 ½ cups sweet brown rice flour

· ½ cup potato starch

· ¼ tapioca flour

· ¼ cup white rice flour


Directions:

Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Store in a glass jar in a cool and dry place.


You can find most of these ingredients at your local grocery store except for the sweet brown rice flour which I've linked here for you.
